A Home Owner’s Passport is aligned to the RLBA and creates a digital logbook for your property, gathering the information buyers and lawyers will need later in the sale process.  Sellers benefit because their home can be listed faster, with fewer delays, and buyers gain confidence that the information is accurate.

At present, hop is supplied through estate agents and lawyers rather than to individuals directly.  Consumer packs are on the product roadmap for future release.
